Chef Tummanoon shares over 20 years of expertise with you during this half day cooking academy. The course includes a trip to the local market with Chef, an explanation of Thai ingredients and preparation of 5 different dishes. You will also learn about wine pairing with Thai food from our award-wining wine director.

Internationally recognized Chef Tummanoon is culinary director for the Three Generation Community for Learning and PTIS International School in Chaing Mai, founded by Mom Tri. He is now extending the Three Generation’s cooking academy to Villa Royale. The cooking academy will take place on the 11th and the 24th of every month at Mom Tri’s Villa Royale.
